My name is Kristina Kendrick but I go by KK and my handle is KKAPPROVED. I live in Northern California and love being super active. 

I grew up playing ball golf and sports through high school and college. I leaned Disc Golf in college at CSUMB and have been playing ever since! 

I am very involved in the disc golf community, amateur tournament circuit and social media. I focus on being positive and encouraging to other women learning the game. It's important for me to promote confidence through being active and putting yourself out there. 

Through that I have been able to create my own small business where I make adorable fruit shaped bags filled with chalk to give athletes great grip. I sponsor women and kids in the sport as another way to support and grow the sport and self confidence. 

I'm currently an ambassador for the Gateway Disc Sports team and have my logo on a line of discs! I also have my own line of socks by a California family run company Teeboxsox. I have my own website Kkapproved.com where all these things are located! 

I'm known for a few things on the course like bright clothing, positive encouragement and always having my BagBoy Quad XL Cart with me. I currently have the orange color and love how bright it is! I'm really big on ease of use and this Cart has changed my game! From being able to film myself with the cell phone holder to the umbrella attachment; my cart allows me to be on the course by myself and have it all! 

I'm so thankful for the opportunity to do play a sport I love and build meaningful relationships along the way!
