1. Eligibility:

• This giveaway is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees and immediate family members of Flagpole To-Go and Rampz, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period:

The giveaway begins on July 7, 2025 and ends on July 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET).

4. How to Enter:

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via email on July 28, 2025.
• The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond in the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.  

6. Prizes:

• The winner will receive a 14' 4" Ultimate Tailgate Kit and Rampz Game Set
• Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. 

7. Privacy:

Information submitted with an entry is subject to our Privacy Policy. 

8. Limitation of Liability: 

Flagpole To-Go and Rampz are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway. 

9. Right to Cancel or Suspend Contest: 

If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, Flagpole To-Go and Rampz reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest.
